Emily Begley APRN is a highly skilled aesthetic injector who brings a wealth of specialized medical knowledge to the team at Couture Plastic Surgery. With a strong foundational background in clinical dermatology, Emily blends a deep understanding of skin health with advanced aesthetic artistry to deliver natural, rejuvenating results for every patient.Before transitioning exclusively into medical aesthetics, Emily spent 16 years practicing in clinical dermatology. During this time, they treated a wide spectrum of skin conditions, mastered facial anatomy, and gained invaluable insights into skin histology and aging. This extensive dermatological experience allows Emily to look beyond the surface, creating comprehensive, customized treatment plans that prioritize both skin vitality and structural facial balance.

Jackie Renuart, better known as Nurse Jackie, has been part of the team for over 15 years.
She has been in nursing for over 35 years and loves making sure everyone is comfortable while in the office. Jackie assists in the operating room, gets patients ready in the pre op area, takes care of post surgery patients, schedules surgeries, consults with patients, and sees patients for post op visits.
Jackie has been in Jacksonville for over 30 years and has three grown children and three grandchildren. She enjoys college football, NFL football, hiking, waterfalls, and visiting national parks.
She is a Registered Nurse who graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida in 2018. Sarah began her nursing career at Mayo Clinic. Working on the transplant unit, Sarah developed a strong clinical background in complex post-surgical care and patient education. She has 3 additional years of plastic surgery experience ranging from Pre-Op, PACU to Operating Room. Passionate about both surgical and aesthetic nursing, Sarah is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s peri-operative needs.
Sarah is a Jacksonville Beach native and loves going to the beach with her husband and their son.
Sandy Moore is the heart of the Operating Room and has been part of Dr. Trimas’ team since 1999.
Sandy is originally from Jacksonville and currently resides in Ponte Vedra. She enjoys the beach, working out, vacationing with family, and having fun with friends.
When asked what she enjoys most about her career, Sandy said that the work is fun, the patients are great, the staff works well together, and Dr. Trimas is excellent with his work.
